Choose the best route
Installation and first login
Get help downloading AeroPath, installing the correct components, signing in and beginning the 7-day trial.
Simulator connection
We can help connect Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 or X-Plane 12 in normal one-PC mode.
Remote Mode
Get help installing Simulator Bridge on the simulator PC, entering the network address and completing six-digit PIN pairing.
Multiplayer and Group Flights
Learn how participating pilots appear, how Group Flights work and what model or simulator setup may be required for in-sim traffic.
Shared Cockpit
Shared Cockpit is currently being trialled. Use Discord for current test guidance and support while the final workflow is being confirmed.
Progressive taxi guidance
Get help selecting taxi-out or taxi-in guidance and checking whether the airport provides usable taxi-network data.
Planning and SimBrief
Ask about route creation, Real World Routes, VFR planning, SimBrief OFPs, Airport Explorer and procedure plotting.
Flight data and replay
For a missing completed flight, include the route, aircraft, simulator and approximate departure or arrival time.
Account and subscription
Email support if you cannot log in, need private account help or a payment has completed without updating your access.
Language support
Get help using AeroPath in English, German, French or Spanish, including automatic Windows language detection and manual language selection.
