1. About AeroPath
AeroPath is a flight simulator companion service. It provides a website account, Pilot Portal, desktop app access, simulator flight logging, route history, replay data, landing statistics and related flight simulator companion features.
AeroPath is intended for entertainment, personal flight simulation and hobby use. It is not an aviation navigation, training, dispatch, operational flight planning or real-world aviation safety system.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your AeroPath login details secure. You must not share, sell, transfer or allow another person to use your AeroPath account.
3. One-user access
AeroPath includes login protection to help prevent account sharing. One account may be restricted to one active website session and one active desktop app session at a time.
4. Desktop app
The AeroPath desktop app is provided so you can connect supported simulators, log flights and sync data to your Pilot Portal. You must not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or misuse the app.
5. Supported simulators
AeroPath is being built for X-Plane, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Compatibility may vary depending on simulator version, operating system, plugins, updates and local setup.
6. Pilot Portal
The Pilot Portal displays flight data such as flights, hours, aircraft, routes, airports, landing rates and other statistics once the desktop app syncs that information.
7. Flight data accuracy
AeroPath relies on data received from the simulator, app, integrations and user account. Flight statistics, route data, landing rates and replay information are provided for simulator use and may not always be complete or error-free.
8. Subscriptions and payments
When paid subscriptions are enabled, subscription pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options and payment provider details will be shown before checkout. Payment processing will be handled by Stripe or another stated payment provider.
9. Account status
AeroPath may mark accounts as pending, active, suspended or cancelled. Access to downloads, the app and Pilot Portal features may depend on account and subscription status.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use AeroPath to attack, disrupt, scrape, overload, copy, resell, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the service, systems, database, website or API.
11. Service availability
AeroPath aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, simulator changes or app updates may affect availability.
12. Third-party services
AeroPath may work alongside services such as simulator platforms, SimBrief, Navigraph, Google Analytics, Stripe, hosting providers and other technical services. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
13. Privacy
AeroPath handles account, app, subscription, technical and flight data as described in the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy before using the service.
14. Changes to AeroPath
AeroPath may add, remove, update or change features as the service develops. Some preview, beta or early-access features may change before final release.
15. Ending access
You may stop using AeroPath at any time. AeroPath may suspend or end access where an account is misused, shared, unpaid, cancelled, involved in abuse or in breach of these terms.
